Following a transfer of ownership, a decision was made to address a range of design problems believed to be negatively impacting SlimFast sales – the design was looking generic, uninspiring, and poorly communicated important benefits. Our approach was to add white to backgrounds previously flooded with red, introduce more dynamic & appetizing food imagery, and bolster important nutritional value visuals. This solution transformed the line from something closer in appearance to snack products to a much cleaner, healthier line of quality nutritional products.
